Loved the customer service. Hardware arrived the next day so we could finish assembly. The instructions for this item were atrocious. We have been putting projects together for over 40 years and this was only difficult due to the instructions. The shed went together beautifully.

Very Nice Shed but some of the instructions could be improved especially on the Gable end assemblies. They tell you to assemble the rear first and then the front. They should reverse this instruction as the front requires the reinforcement with two additional holes for screws and nuts that need to be installed prior to assembly and there is no identification on either reinforcements. So of course I had them reversed and had to change them. After spending some time pre-assembling all off the walls, doors and gables the actual construction of the Shed was fairly simple and I had that part completed by myself in a couple hours. Looks very nice and we are happy with it.

The Customer Service call line in Utah was amazing, with parts easy to order from a friendly rep, it arrived quickly, no charge. The manual and videos are extremely helpful (if you can get the guys actually assembling the shed to read or watch them first - ha ha.)

As many people stated, the most work was in setting up our foundation and leveling the ground. We used concrete deck block and made a frame from treated wood then used treated plywood. Setting up the shed itself is quite simple and the videos are useful. It took my husband and I a complete day to assemble, but that also includes a lunch and taking care of younger kids. It withstood a midwest windstorm on its first night. It has rained several times already and it is dry inside. I really like it.

When we opened the box the first thing was to check parts. Double of one item, none of another. Customer service was great. Arranged for it to be shipped right away, but the wrong part came again! The next rep made a note to speed shipment and check actual part ID before shipping and it was correct. Printed directions not great, but video is very good! Could put a few things from video in printed directions. Shed though is pretty good, met out needs perfectly.

It took us 2 days for 2 people to put up. There were so many screws and small parts that i can see missing one or a step, would have been a problem. The roof alone had 100 screws. Other than the long install, the shed looks nice, has 2 vents and seems sturdy with alot of room. Definitely a must buy just need lots of patience.

I bought this building to put my riding lawn mower in. It was exactly what I needed. It is made of plastic double-lined wall panels that have steel reinforcements and metal trusses. It's a heavy-duty building. The grayish color looks good in my backyard. Three panels on the top lets light in. Everything needs to be square for this building to go together without any problems. You need two people to assemble it. It will serve your storage needs.

Two people makes it go much faster. Everything fit together great...
