Love that this is grated already as other cotija cheeses I have tried were not. Tasted great on my pasta salad!

it does have a strong taste of salt but I like salt but for someone who can't handle salt be careful other than that it's good

Finely shredded and stuck to my "street corn" perfectly. Maybe not hand shredded authentic, but who has time for that?!? This was great.

This has been really good and has lasted me a while. I've been using this on corn and adding into some salads :)
