If there one thing that I love it's Cotija Cheese. Its taste is authentic and as a food lover that is essential. Cotija cheee goes on just about anything sprinkle a little or a lot it's up to you. My favorite dish that I make with this is Elote. I later it so it's thick and enjoy with a squeeze of lime.

We had a recipe that mentioned Cotija Cheese and bought this. It has since become a staple in our house. It's great for sprinkling on tacos and Mexican dishes. It's a subtle salty, nutty flavor and it doesn't melt, like Parmesan, so it's fun to sprinkle on top of dishes for flavor and appearance. I especially like how convenient this bag of grated Cotija is for just quickly adding to dishes.

I use this cheese for making street corn and it is perfect!! The flavor and texture are very good. I would definitely recommend this cheese for all things Mexican!! DELICIOUS!!

This is the best cheese for many Mexican cheeses. It lasts longer than other cheeses and it's already grated for you, so it's easy to add to enchiladas, tostadas, corn, etc. The taste is also great!

We go through an ins@ne amount of this cheese! I use it on everything from pizza, tacos, breakfast burritos, pasta pretty much everything I cook. I love the flavor. Substitute for everything that calls for parmesan as well. It's a bit spendy for my liking, but we can't be without it.

This cheese either doesn't melt, or it scorches. As a cheese to use with tacos or enchiladas, it has very little flavor. I have used it 3 times on 3 different Tex-Mex dishes, and not liked it any time. I have part of a bag left in my cheese drawer I will probably never use.
