We go through an ins@ne amount of this cheese! I use it on everything from pizza, tacos, breakfast burritos, pasta pretty much everything I cook. I love the flavor. Substitute for everything that calls for parmesan as well. It's a bit spendy for my liking, but we can't be without it.

great grated cheese for Mexican roasted corn

This cotija cheese is great! I like using it in place of parmesan. love it!

This cotija cheese tastes great. We make elote when corn is in season and my family loves it. My only wish is that there were an option to spend less and buy a smaller bag. Cotija cheese isn’t a food staple in our home and after we make elote a couple times there’s still a lot leftover that ends up being wasted.

Rather tasteless cheese. Perhaps I just don’t like this particular cheese. It was my first time buying it. The quantity was good for the price but the flavor was really lacking.

Too salty ! It’s not grated ! It’s as fine as semolina flour ! It has antibiotic/ anti fungi additives Not recommended

This cheese either doesn't melt, or it scorches. As a cheese to use with tacos or enchiladas, it has very little flavor. I have used it 3 times on 3 different Tex-Mex dishes, and not liked it any time. I have part of a bag left in my cheese drawer I will probably never use.

This is an acquired taste item! I tired it on salads, in grits and casseroles but flavorless and it doesn't bake down like cheese. It leaves white specks . Not a repeat purchase for me
