I love this cheese for tostadas or tacos. It went well with our taco bar. It's light and adds flavor to every bite. It could go well on salads and on toast or arepas.

I have had cotija cheese before, this was IN DATE but had mold growing on it in the center of the bag. Cheese was very rubbery feeling and moldy.

Rather tasteless cheese. Perhaps I just don’t like this particular cheese. It was my first time buying it. The quantity was good for the price but the flavor was really lacking.

This cotija cheese tastes great. We make elote when corn is in season and my family loves it. My only wish is that there were an option to spend less and buy a smaller bag. Cotija cheese isn’t a food staple in our home and after we make elote a couple times there’s still a lot leftover that ends up being wasted.
