Believe me this helped me. My husband also added fruit and ice cream and put it in the blended. I started to feel better after a few days as I started getting stronger. Being 130 lbs at 5'10" tall, I hardly had any weight to lose, especially since I'm one who has a history of seldom becoming hungry and hardly have an appetite at all. I was told to begin drinking Boost, which I did for a couple of years but saw no improvement, in terms of energy level or weight gain. My best friend had an acquaintance who is a doctor. She said he recommended Ensure rather than Boost. Well, I switched, and three years later I "ballooned" to a whopping 114 lbs (from 103), and I feel so much better. I would recommend it to anyone. I think his favorite flavor is butter pecan. I feel good about giving him Ensure because he is getting some nutrition that he otherwise would not get. He likes it at room temperature, which I find interesting. Myself, I prefer it chilled. I would say my favorite is also butter pecan. It makes a good between meals snack as well a drink to go with meals. I am my husband's 24/7 caregiver and I feel it helps keep me strong and healthy. Removing my parathyroid controls the blood calcium level. I have used this product in my daily cooking recipes instead of milk. Such as light dressing on salads, puddings, creams, etc. I have learned I can reduce sugar by using Ensure in my cooking as well. Great product!

We have purchase as much as 3 cases a month of the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. When she was walking she would get it when she wanted to. Now she drinks it between meal at the nursing home. When she refuse to eat, she will drink the ensure. Great product.

Love the taste of this product, and the fact that it has less sugar than some other brands. Dark Chocolate is my favorite, but Vanilla and Milk Chocolate are really yummy too. I've got to try some of the other flavors! I would highly recommend this product.
