It gives me the energy I need to motivate me to do the things that need to be done. I have Have taken it for years,. Over the course of a year I regained almost half my weight loss. I now weigh more than when I went into the hospital. I especially like the Strawberry flavor. It has a sweetness and taste I really enjoy.
