This product, especially vanilla, is delicious and certainly helps with maintaining fluid, hydration and receiving enough protein for me and my love ones. My elderly relatives always makes certain to have Ensure part of their daily intake because of the benefits and the easy digestion, absorption and metabolizing it is for the body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using ensure after spinal neck surgery. I was not able to swallow anything else. Now I use it daily to take medications. I also drink Ensure when I get hungry and all other foods do not look appetizing. During my last stay in the hospital when I needed some nourishment before going to sleep, I asked for Ensure. Ensure was available in the hospital. It was satisfying and helped me go to sleep.

I've been drinking ensure for years and I have always loved it but recently I noticed the picture changed on the bottle and every time I drink it i feel ill. I decided to compare the ingredients and noticed a change. Old was made with Soy oil and now the new in made with Vegetable Oil. I was wondering why the change? I teach Exercise and Line dancing classes at St. Pete Beach Recreation Center twice a week, and Line Dancing at a Senior Residence, Westminster Palms located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL once a week.
