I drink a bottle 3 times a day once after a light breakfast, at lunch especially if I have a lot of errand to run and don't have time to eat and a third one with my dinner. I recently had oral surgery and the ensure was a blessing to have on hand. Sometimes when I need a little extra I drink the ensure plus. Ensure helps me get my nutritional needs met. Also, the Dystrophy has weakened my esophagus and it's hard to swallow my medications (pills), and I find the thickness of Ensure makes swallowing my pills much easier. So Ensure a win-win for me!

The cereal that I consume is no-sweet so the vanilla flavor mixed with the skim milk is just right. Mixes well and adds the nutritional boost that I am looking for.
