I have grown to love the Milk Chocolate flavor and occasionally strawberry, The best part of it all, is it's lactose intolerant. It's not Milk based. In addition, I am one person that does not eat when stressed & Ensure has proven to fulfill that empty spot, while slowly bossing your appetite, making you hungry. Once my appetite returned, I continued to take Ensure daily with meals to assist with my weight gain mission. It worked. I have gained 10 lbs since December, and I'm on my way to grab my next case of Ensure.

I started drinking this as a meal replacement because I don't always eat 3 meals a day. I barely eat 1 meal most days and I'm not a big meat eater. As a fellow health care professional l must respond to this and with great enthusiasm: Contradictory to the "doctor" reviewing Ensure, I am a nurse who has worked with thousands of patients, from children to the elderly. This drink supplement is an absolute benefit at times when calories and nutrition cannot be accommodated through the traditional 3-meal intake alone. They are great for snacks and they only have 39 total carbs (Total carbs 40g - dietary fiber 1g = 39 carbs in one bottle serving) - not the 60 carbs that was erroneously suggested. Enjoy them in the fridge. They are great! Even kids will love them! Chalk full of vitamins and minerals. Yum!

She liked the taste and started drinking it as long as I was with her and drunk it along with her. She pasted in 2004 and I miss her so very much today. I am now 68 and I started drinking Ensure in 2017 and find that it gives me the get up energy to start my day and keep going and plus it gives me the added nutrition that I miss throughout the day. I do recommend that everyone try it and I know that they will like it. The taste it very good and it has just the right nutrition we need.

This product taste good. Be cautious if you have a blood disorder such as hemochromatosis, I had consumed this product because I was hungry with no store available at time . Had blood scheduled 2 days later and showed blood Iron saturation #'s up. I do not eat red meat therefore this had a leading cause for my readings being high.

I like the Butter Pecan too. Ensure is sometimes my desert after my meals. It would be wonderful to win and help with my finances, because it is expenses. My oncologist told me to drink it .
