Some of the medications upset my stomach and the thought of food make my nausea. Drinking Ensure gave me some of the vitamins, minerals, calories and proteins my body need while recovering. Now I still drinking Ensure because the taste is great and also is gluten free.

But the good news is that she drinks 3 or 4 of the Ensure Milk Chocolate every day. She says it tastes wonderful & feels so good going down. I am an RN with 50 years experience. I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.

At my worst, I have been on all liquid diets with Ensure. At my best, I drink it as a supplement for nutrition and calories. On average, I still drink 2-3 Ensures a day. My mom was drinking ensure and told be to drink one a day. She said it should make me feel a little better. Yeap my mom was right like always. Started feeling better not so worn out. Took about 2 weeks but l am feeling much better.
