Being 130 lbs at 5'10" tall, I hardly had any weight to lose, especially since I'm one who has a history of seldom becoming hungry and hardly have an appetite at all. Since I am going through breast cancer I definitely drink it regular. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Jan 2013 and it came back last year in my liver so I am going through chemo again but I feel better when I drink my Ensure it’s gives me energy when the chemo brings me down.
