I was trying to gain weight and it helped me gain weight begin that I work so hard and never have time to eat. It taste great when it’s ice cold. All the flavor is all there. Even though I gained back my weight I enjoy drinking the ensure with every meal now.

(I’d only seen older people drinking it & I just knew it was disgusting.) I received a case of it & I refrigerated them immediately. The next morning I reluctantly grabbed one & to my surprise it was really really good! I seriously enjoyed it!! I My doctor is pleased now that I’m getting the vitamins/nutrients I need. You lose weight quickly when you’re sick & w/that kind of weight loss your appetite leaves so you don’t want to eat/don’t feel hungry as often as you should.
