[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have Ensure 5-6 times/week. I often put a cold Ensure in a blender with 5-6 large frozen strawberries and it creates a great shake. Other frozen fruits, i.e. blueberries, mangos, etc. are also very good. Sometimes I even use chocolate ice cream. SOOOO DELICIOUS! Love it!

Vanilla is my favorite because it tastes real and is smooth not sandy it also has the protein that I need so that I can retain my muscle mass, and it contains all the nutritional value my body needs, I use it because I do not always eat the right foods that have enough protein. The product helps in both of those areas.

It physically hurts to eat at times, so it’s difficult for me to get the daily nutritional requirements I need. I drink Ensure every day. Once I enrolled in college I decided that I was tired of being called Slim, Skinny, Anorexic, and the list goes on.... Then a friend told me about ensure, and how it helped him gain weight, and how he feels much healthier now. So I tried ensure and it really does work! I use at least one 8 oz every day and I usually make a daily smoothie. Just add a small amount of fruit and they come out great, n matter flavor You use.
