Does not give you unnecessary weight that you might need to join the Gym after recovery. Ensure is a better food Food supplements compare to non.

If you want to ENSURE ,( no pun intended ) you get your extra vitamins and minerals, and do it while drinking a very tasty drink, this is your product!This is not like your typical protein shake. I drank Ensure dark chocolate protein shake a few days ago and became immediately sick. I had drank it before with some effect but this took the cake. I was at work and after drinking this ensure product, my face/chest became red, my abdomen growled loudly, then terrible gassy diarrhea and nausea. I thought I'd have to call 911. I felt like I was going to throw up all over my car, but thankfully didn't. I left work and sat on my porch for awhile. I felt better with each passing hour. I believe I had expelled the product immediately after drinking it - due to the extreme diarrhea. I am very traumatized by this and will never drink it again!

I have been drinking ensure for years the VANILLA one to be exact. You can use it as a meal replacement, breakfast and/or lunch, also in between meals. You can receive all of the healthy benefits while on the go, definitely a win-win situation.

I love Ensure, for the taste. I've been drinking it since I was a kid. I don't have any ailments that require that I drink it, and I don't drink it to lose weight. I drink it because it's delicious. The only thing I wish they'd change, is just to add more nutrients to it. More fiber and more protein, mainly. If they did that, I would drink it more often. But as it is now, it's just a treat for me.
