[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a horrible accident in 2010. I broke my back and neck and suffered a brain injury. I was in the hospital for 3 months. For some reason, no food or drink tasted the same to me and there was nothing I found appetizing. I couldn't keep anything down. My doctors and nurses had to find a solution and find some way to nourish my body to help with my recovery. One of my nurses introduced me to Ensure. It was so delicious! It was the only nutrition I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Having that Ensure saved my life. I've been hooked ever since!

I have never been a breakfast eater but as ik got older and my health failing I knew I had to do something healthier than eating nothing at all. That is where Ensure comes in. I have one at least 5 times a week, I try to have breakfast twice a week. I cannot tell you how much better I feel. It makes me have that satisfying feeling after each bottle.
