I also would use it as a smoothie by adding fruit in a blender. It helped me keep muscle mass and now I drink it for lunch since I am always on the go.

Not having much of an appetite, the staff gave him Ensure. He got many of the nutrients needed and recouperated very well. We have continued using Ensure at home and are very satisfied.

I have only been drinking Ensure for a short time, but I can already tell that I feel better, and have more energy for the things that I enjoy. I am looking forward to trying some of the other flavors. I am 68 and need to get the vitamins and minerals that I need. This is a product that I will absolutely recommend to my friends.

I always use Ensure when I'm on a diet, since it has many nutrients and vitamins that help me in my daily balance. I love its flavor and I love it because it keeps you full for a long time.

When I was in the hospital for a week after I had my baby, ensure was pretty much the only thing I would eat/drink. The dr said it’s so good for me and to continue drinking it when I got home.
