[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Coffee Latte flavor the most because I can add it to my coffee in the morning for a quick on-the-go breakfast that I know will keep going strong until I can stop for lunch. It adds a creamy sweet quality to my coffee that cools it down so it is easy to drink on my busy morning rounds.

I bought some dark chocolate Ensure original to drink for my first day after oral surgery since I was not allowed to eat anything but liquid or something soft like yogurt. Day 2 after oral surgery I'm still using the Ensure Original for 2 meals and tried yogurt. I'm getting some great nutrition to get me over the hump before I can eat solid foods and chew without pain. Thanks Ensure! Also, the dark Chocolate is yummy!

For lack of time to consume the necessary aforementioned , I wholeheartedly recommend it for those "on the go", as it is the antithesis of other, non-healthy, "faast-food" alternatives which are, unfortunately, all-too-common!

Other suplimental drinks leave me hungry because they are so watered down, (which gives them claim to have fewer calories). . But what's the point in that if you still have to eat something to feel satisfied? Ensure leaves me satisfied and still has a calorie intake I can live with.

My mother had some in the fridge and I tried vanilla . I felt amazing all day . Sometimes I don’t get to eat breakfast, but I’ll drink a Ensure and it will hold me over . Not to mention it has all the vitamins and minerals that support health immune system and just makes you feel great . I love Butter Pecan it’s my favorite.
