I really improved in metabolism and energy. I have tired and like the variety of flavors. I drink it cold, over ice and as a shake. My doctor encouraged the continued addition of ensure into my lifestyle. Sometimes is I don't want a meal I am satisfied with my drink of choice. I really like that it is easy on my digestive system. Great product

Nothing I consume would stay with me. My doctor recommended Ensure. I was surprised that this product tasted so good and I was able to keep down. I have tried many flavors but still prefer the milk chocolate. Great Product!

I don't have anything bad to say about the taste. I keep mine in the refrigerator and can easily grab one on the go. I will be trying the other flavors soon for variety. I am very pleased with this product . I take one daily to keep away the "droops".

My stepmom mentioned ensure and from that point on, 3 months before my heart surgery, my main nourishment was strawberry ensure. Ensure is calming to my stomach and allows me to drink early then work out immediately after drinking without issues other products have caused me.
