[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink Ensure original now twice daily. I use it for breakfast. The protein and minerals keep me satisfied until lunch time. If I do any physical work or sporting activity during the day I usually drink another bottle. This keeps me going until dinner. Instead of eating unhealthy snacks at night I may drink another bottle. It is very satisfying.

I get her 4 six packs at a time and keep her supplied. She had been losing weight and the extra calories and nutrients have helped to put some pounds back on.

I saw the advertisements, did a little research and decided to TRY it. Actually, it was intended to be just a TRIAL. Not so! I found it to be the perfect delicious meal substitute when you're active, physically fit, gainfully employed and don't have time to prepare a meal. Every flavor (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, banana nut) that I have tried has been delicious to me. Not only is it a meal substitute, but it is energizing also. I feel so much stronger and alert after drinking Ensure. I am elated about Ensure!

I have an Ensure about the middle of the morning and then for lunch I mix with ice cream to make a milk shake and that satisfies me until I eat supper. I keep them all the time and enjoy the taste with vanilla being my all time favorite.

Since it is hard for him to process regular food, a shake like Ensure is extremely helpful for a cancer patient. He has gained 2 pounds so far, and his skin is starting to glow as if he is getting healthier!

We haven't tried all of the flavors because it is a little pricey on our budget. I also wish they would make ensure in a multi-serve glass bottle to keep the nutritional value at a maximum.
