[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take care of my live in mom, she is 81 with dementia and alzheimer's. Ensure helps to fill her up, give her protein and help her stay healthy. At 82 pounds she need all the nutrition she can get. She still eats tiny meals, and snacks, but ensure makes me feel better knowing shes getting essentials her body needs. She loves it with ice cream as a milkshake too!!! Even her adult day care facility uses Ensure!!!!

After many trial and error this is the only drink he enjoys and request daily. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Myotonic Dystrophy. Along with the muscle wasting, this also causes problems with eating - I feel nauseous and can't eat a lot at one time. Ensure helps me get my nutritional needs met. Also, the Dystrophy has weakened my esophagus and it's hard to swallow my medications (pills), and I find the thickness of Ensure makes swallowing my pills much easier. So Ensure a win-win for me!

If you want to ENSURE ,( no pun intended ) you get your extra vitamins and minerals, and do it while drinking a very tasty drink, this is your product!This is not like your typical protein shake. I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.

I continue to use because I feel healthier with its additives and with it my hurting joins have disappeared as well as it serves me as a meal replacement for dieters concerns. The strawberry is absolutely like enjoying a cold milkshake and I also love other flavors but fruity strawberry is my favorite.
