I had never tried ensure, until yesterday I tried a bottle, I could not believe how sweet this product is !! The number 1 of diseases in the world, is caused by sugar, that is, by having high glucose. I have bought ensure for years for my mother and 2 years ago for my son, for the vitamins and nutrients that this product has. but so far I discover the high quantity sugar content it has.

I drink a bottle 3 times a day once after a light breakfast, at lunch especially if I have a lot of errand to run and don't have time to eat and a third one with my dinner.
