I only eat once a day most of the time. I'll drink a bottle of insure i'am full and have the nut. I need I love the taste of it when it cold just like a good shake. i'am stuck on the one haven tried the others.

I've been drinking Ensure Original for at least 6 or 7 years. I love it. It hard on my budget, that's why I get the original-for the price. It is a bit cheaper, I love the chocolate flavor as well. I don't take any other vitamins. It's a great supplement.

My dad had used ensure the last year of his life and it help him to get the vitamins & protein he needed. So when he passed I took his ensure. When I got my throat & stomach problem I started using his ensure. The taste was great I used a straw to drink from and I got the nutrition I need. Enlive, Ensure, Ensure Plus, as well as a couple of others. I am well impressed with the useability(taste, ease of container) of all of the products I have used over the last few years.

I don't always eat the right things and I think this is a good way to stay healthy. Also since it contains only 220 calories is a big plus.

Although I lost 60 pounds within a few months and was dehydrated, my blood work showed I was not malnourished. This was ONLY due to Ensure!
