It is excellent if for some reason your diet is restricted or there is an eating problem. It can easily take the place of a meal or simply act as a supplement. The benefits can be felt and seen almost immediately. You start to feel better and can start to function normally. I would highly recommend this product. I have tried several of similar products that are on the market and found Ensure far superior in taste and better for your overall health.

im a 40 yr old mother of 2, grandmother of 2 who has become an ensure-aholic. I first tried them 8 yrs ago when my grandmother past away between my mother and I split the ones my grandma left behind. for the past 2 yrs, I've been going through a box in 2 days. don't get me wrong I still eat meals but I love my ensures. i'd be lost without them. thanks for such a wonderful drink.

That's why I stated "Lifesaver" as it is very hard to force feed someone if they do not want to eat. This ensures us (like this pun?) that she is getting some nutrients.

I started drinking this as a meal replacement because I don't always eat 3 meals a day. I barely eat 1 meal most days and I'm not a big meat eater. I chose Ensure Enlive because of the amount of protein in each shake and because I wanted something that was going to really help my body. Ensure Enlive is my new best friend! Ensure was recommended by the primary care physician to add protein to to my elderly father's diet. My dad is very selective when it comes to drinking such beverages but he is always willing to drink the vanilla Ensure. Thank you for helping us to keep him healthy.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!
