I have found that substituting one nutritional Ensure as a lunch replacement on occasion offsets my hunger pangs, re-energizes my thought and activity levels. For many of us this is a decent way to add vitamins and minerals to our diets....so for that reason....it seems like a decent product. But.... Why does this company insist on adding sucralose to its products? Surely there must be ways in 2019 to produce a healthier product without including sucralose or other artificial sweeteners. There are a lot of us out here that DO NOT want artificial sweeteners like sucralose in the foods we drink or eat. For those wishing a healthier lifestyle or are dealing with illnesses....we would prefer keeping ingredients like sucralose out of our foods products!

Several of my folks have Ensure, but I never thought of it for myself. One person raved about the butter pecan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's good, but I really love the strawberry! Now, I can grab a bottle of Ensure on my way out the door, and no more skipped breakfasts!

I get a urge to sit down and try to eat a meal.Sometime my stomach won't let me , that when I reach for the ensure it help settle my problem with my stomach.
