Not only does it taste good, but I get the additional “healthy boost” along with it. Maybe next I will try it in my oatmeal.

I have a permanent health/pain issue and lost over 40 lbs but thanks to the Plus was able to put on weight and felt strong again. Now that I am at a good weight the regular Ensure gives me energy and feels me up to the point that I enjoy all healthy food. It is like my desert at times cause it taste soooo good. Last Thursday at my PCP (Primary Care Physician) I weighed 98.8 pounds. In six weeks I gained 10 lbs. and some strength. Pass me another ENSURE !

Cannot take Ensure at night for dinner as the chocolate I guess keeps me awake...So bigger bottles of Ensure maybe last me longer..

I feel energized and ready to take on the day! Butter pecan and vanilla were my favorites but now it is banana nut. Keep up the delicious energy ensure!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started on Ensure due to an intestinal challenge that occurred sporadically. I found the Butter Pecan flavor to be the one for me. I keep them in the refrigerator and place one in the freezer 2 1/2 hours prior to use. I stir at 2 hrs. Then I developed a loss of appetite and really had to depend on Ensure and supplements and for a long time I had two a day. I now have mostly one a day - Winter and Summer I find one very refreshing and very filling. It has definitely been a life-saver for me. Thanks.
