We were often skipping meals or eating light meals that were just not meeting our nutritional needs. We both drink an Ensure every day. Love the flexibility of having one for breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on our schedule for the day.

However, I am concerned about my health and I find taking 2 ensures per day, one at 2 AM and the other 2 PM. These are not as a meal replacement but meal enhancers to make sure I am getting my daily requirement of vitamins and protein. So far I am doing great.

I had a bad reaction after drinking Ensure. I took one from the fridge as I was running out for a work training because I was running late. I drank it and within minutes I broke out in hives and my eyes swelled up. This is the first time this has happened and definitely scared me.

So far I have been on this dieting tip to help replace meals..... I was giving up trying so many different products and none working. Than my husband had me try the ensure vanilla and the chocolate and i must say the best thing made all my healthy vitamins in one bottle and taste great I can't beat it thank you ENSURE!!!!!!!!!!

But getting her to sip on an ensure and perhaps have a banana or small muffin is easy to do delicious, filling and good for her. It worth every penny we pay for it to ensure mom's health and well being.

I asked my Doctor if I could do the same, and even though, I am younger, my Doctor told me one a day will help you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Butter pecan is the best flavor I've ever had I am 92 year old female at this age it's hard to find something to eat that fills me up I drink at least two of these every day. The nutritional value is fantastic and it helps me to maintain the protein that I need to keep up and moving. I only wish I could find a case at a time instead of the usual six pack of the pecan flavor.

It's light and smooth, has a nice rich flavour. I have 2 children so I am always in a rush in the mornings making lunches and breakfasts for the kids I sometimes forget to eat! Ensure has made it possible for myself to get the nutrients I need without sacrificing the time I need to get my kids started for their day.
