i drink alot of these because of the nutrition part of it, but about 4 months ago, i started itching and everytime i drink one i keep on itching. i love ensure and make alot of smoothies,because that is how i get my nutrition in. but i need to know do i need to try another kind of ensure, or lay off for awhile and see it that is my problem. i hate giving up my ensure

Not only does nursing make me thirsty but it burns a lot of calories and depletes my vitamin and nutrient supply. Having Ensure by the bed at night is a quick and easy way to replenish while I feed my little one!

I have tried most of the flavors and find that vanilla suits me best. The chocolate(s) are also in my refrigerator for variety and my husband takes one of those now and then. Overall I can say that Ensure surely starts my day on the right key.

He prefers the taste of Ensure over the store brand. He has been able to gain 10 pounds and I feel he is getting the proper nutrients he needs since the nutrients of food may not be getting absorbed through his small intestine. Thanks Ensure!

Convenient, great tasting, nutritional, and very satisfying! No more fast food breakfast for me. Ensure is a better way to start the day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2011 my husband had a laryngectomy. He wasn't one of the "lucky" ones to be able to eat naturally after this type of surgery. Due to the surgery and radiation he no longer has the muscles to swallow foods and relies of gravity for any type of intake, which means only liquids. Ensure and Boost are the only foods he has. These products have the nutrition he needs to live this new normal life.

Believe me this helped me. My husband also added fruit and ice cream and put it in the blended. I started to feel better after a few days as I started getting stronger.
