When I first started using Ensure years ago there was only Vanilla and Chocolate, which I also like But it appears Butter Pecan is my favorite. Great supplement when it's time to eat and you don't feel like eating. Keeps you on schedule as eating properly and on schedule is vital to weight loss and maintenance and your health.

It was one of the only things she was allowed to drink, so I felt that I didn't want her to feel alone so my mother would ask one of the nurses if they can sneak me a drink as well just so we can bond. Ever since then it's something I try to keep as in rememberance of her really close to me. Plus this is something that allows me to live a healthier live with all of the amazing ingredients in the shake.

Being 130 lbs at 5'10" tall, I hardly had any weight to lose, especially since I'm one who has a history of seldom becoming hungry and hardly have an appetite at all. I was told to begin drinking Boost, which I did for a couple of years but saw no improvement, in terms of energy level or weight gain. My best friend had an acquaintance who is a doctor. The doctors explained that my energy level would drop and that I needed the extra nutrition to help me through the treatments. I have taken a bottle or two every day and it has really helped my energy level, especially when I haven't been able to eat a lot of solid foods. It is well worth being able to function and feel like doing things one enjoys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic nausea issues for the last 10 years .When I first became ill I lost almost 20 lbs in 10 day because I couldn't keep solid food down at all, I could only drink liquids . I could feel how weak I was getting, I had to get nutrition in me so we tried Ensure and some baby food. I was able to hold that down most of the time and that slowed the weight lost greatly. I started to feel stronger after a few days of it ,I was drink 4 bottle a day. It's been my go to for the last decade when my nausea is bad and I just can't eat solid foods .I keep a mix of vanilla and chocolate on hand. The chocolate is kind of a desert replacement in the evenings just to get a change of pace in flavors .Can't say enough how this has helped me over the years.
