Ensure has been a lifesaver, quite literally, as a meal replacement and partial hydration for a woman who refuses to eat and drink most things. Her favorite flavor is vanilla, though she also enjoys the butter pecan from time to time. Not sure how I would keep my mom healthy without Ensure.

I like it because it packs well in lunchs, it freezes so well and will defrost in its bottle and you just have toshake it well and it is a delicious tasting treat for me when I'm craving chocolate and I'm on a restricted diet and fluid intake so it covers all the protein low in sugar and salt. He also has sensory processing disorder, so he has very strong aversions to food. He does not eat food at all and will sometimes, go days without juice or water. I have been through some health issues (on off) over the last several years and Ensure has been in my diet for most of these years and certainly currently.
