For lack of time to consume the necessary aforementioned , I wholeheartedly recommend it for those "on the go", as it is the antithesis of other, non-healthy, "faast-food" alternatives which are, unfortunately, all-too-common!

I sometimes make a smoothie in the mornings with frozen fruit, almonds, kale, blueberries, etc. Sometimes I freeze it and scoop it out, it taste like a fudge pop. Then sometimes when I get that shaky "I gotta have something RIGHT NOW", I'll chug it straight. Best thing about Ensure though is it does not have that nasty aftertaste like every other nutritional drink I've tried. If I can't get my hands on an Ensure, I'll go without. I've even gotten my finicky dad to drink Ensure, however, his fav is Butter Pecan. They're a little pricy but well worth it. Keep up the good work!

I had lost my wife and was not interested in cooking for myself and not very diligent in preparing any of the frozen dinners. Needless to say, my health started up deteriorate. I started to use Ensure and, guess what, my whole attitude on life started to change. I am 80 years old and things that people 10 or 15 years younger do not do.

It is excellent if for some reason your diet is restricted or there is an eating problem. It can easily take the place of a meal or simply act as a supplement. The benefits can be felt and seen almost immediately. You start to feel better and can start to function normally. I would highly recommend this product. I have tried several of similar products that are on the market and found Ensure far superior in taste and better for your overall health.

But getting her to sip on an ensure and perhaps have a banana or small muffin is easy to do delicious, filling and good for her. It worth every penny we pay for it to ensure mom's health and well being.

Nothing I consume would stay with me. My doctor recommended Ensure. I was surprised that this product tasted so good and I was able to keep down.
