[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist suggested Ensure when I had my teeth pulled and my doctor recommended Ensure when I had shingles and I lost weight. I first drank it with the dentist suggestion and didn't like the taste so since I needed to gain weight he suggested making a milk shake with ice cream and it was delicious. Now it is my night time snack. I drink one every night and it gives me what I need to keep my weight regulated. A great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started to drink Ensure after my accident. I wasn't able to eat much due to all the medications. Some of the medications upset my stomach and the thought of food make my nausea. Drinking Ensure gave me some of the vitamins, minerals, calories and proteins my body need while recovering. Now I still drinking Ensure because the taste is great and also is gluten free.

I don’t always have time to sit down and enjoy breakfast or lunch so I’ll drink Ensure instead and it is a good replacement for meals. As a fellow health care professional l must respond to this and with great enthusiasm: Contradictory to the "doctor" reviewing Ensure, I am a nurse who has worked with thousands of patients, from children to the elderly. This drink supplement is an absolute benefit at times when calories and nutrition cannot be accommodated through the traditional 3-meal intake alone. They are great for snacks and they only have 39 total carbs (Total carbs 40g - dietary fiber 1g = 39 carbs in one bottle serving) - not the 60 carbs that was erroneously suggested. Enjoy them in the fridge. They are great! Even kids will love them! Chalk full of vitamins and minerals. Yum!

I had gotten up that morning rushing and did not eat Breakfast I'm a diabetic and I should know better while sitting in a house I began to get weak She gave me a bottle of ensure. I Immediately began to feel Better, That 1 small bottle gave me enough energy to last me for about 4 hours. I had never tried ensure before I came straight home got on the Internet start looking for ensure so that I could order and have it delivered to me. From now on I'm going to keep this in my fridge because sometimes I can go days without the energy to get up and cook.
