[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my husband had head and neck cancer and was unable to eat for a long time. I fed him thru a feeding tube. When he was starting to swallow again and needed to put some weight on I gave him shakes. I used a bottle of Ensure, carnation instant breakfast, two tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 bannana and a dove ice cream bar. The Ensure gave him the nutrition he needed and I added the calories to help with weight gain!

I am a picky eater and always on the run. I drink 1 to 2 a day and I feel great!!! I usually drink 2 when I have to work full time and school full time. This is a great way to stay on top of my nutrition. Love the Milk Chocolate favor!!! Will continue drinking them!

I greatly appreciate this product and I don’t know what I would do with out it.

I needed a nutritional supplement and I assumed that I would be using Glucerna, or something similar. I was very surprised to be told that no, Ensure was a far superior product, and I've been on it ever since. I love the taste, it's like a mini milkshake at the beginning and at the end of my day! There’s no grittiness or lousy aftertaste, just sheer loveliness! Thank you Ensure!

I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.
