Its a great filler when you're on the go. Highly recommend to people that have metabolic issues and have very restricted diets but need the nutrients.

If he couldn't eat he would have an ensure and I knew he was getting everything he needed to keep going. We both enjoy drinking the Ensure (he likes vanilla and I like chocolate).

I don't have the time to fix something so I know that I will get a nutritious "meal." One bottle does the trick, I feel full and I don't want to snack later. That's important to me. I don't want to gain unwanted pounds. I particularly like the chocolate, but they are all delicious. Right now, I have chocolate and strawberry in my refrigerator. I just reach in - Grab & Go. I suppose I'm too rushed to make a decision but I know Ensure has my back!

I enjoy the rich, dark chocolate flavor. It provides so much great nutrition and also is easily digestible. During a colitis flare, I use Ensure for several days, three times a day and it helps return me to normal. Other days, I have it for dinner and it keeps my weight in check.

She has difficulty eating very much, and she had previously said she would never drink a supplement. Now, she actually drinks them and enjoys the taste!!! I lost 15 pounds being sick, and the doctor and nutritionist recommended it the regain the weight. I am under weight and I have gained back 10 pounds of the 15 so far. It is nutritious and healthy, where other way of gaining weight can be less healthy.
