All flavors were tasty, although Banana-Nut. Is abit artificial in flavor. After a few days taking Ensure you become energized by this drink. Love it !

I'm not able to digest food the way your suppose to. I drink two Ensures a day along with a soft dinner and when I get my blood work done, my health numbers always come back good. I truly believe that Ensure keeps me healthy! Try mixing Vanilla & chocolate together with some chipped ice. Taste great! I only eat once a day most of the time. I'll drink a bottle of insure i'am full and have the nut.
