I have been drinking ensure for years the VANILLA one to be exact. You can use it as a meal replacement, breakfast and/or lunch, also in between meals. I have about 15 strawberry drinks in my fridge I wont touch. In any event I love the chocolate product.

I would recommend Insure and have to many of my family and friends . It has really great benefits, it's nutrient packed, smooth tasting does not taste chalk-like compared to the other brands of protein shakes, it is easy to pack, I can carry it anywhere, it fits in any bag and I can drink it on the go as a meal replacement or I can add it to my meal, it's great for any age group and for any reason, the pack is affordable you don't have to break the bank, this product is just amazing.

This product has protein, minerals and vitamins. I feel better knowing she is getting the nutrition she needs. It's available in ready to drink bottles which is very convenient. My mom loves the butter pecan and the strawberry flavor the best. She is 91 years old and currently in an assisted living facility. My family makes sure she has ensure daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried both Milk Chocolate and Vanilla Flavored Ensure Original products and I have found that the vanilla flavored one gives me stomach issues but the chocolate flavors is perfect. I use one bottle per day for weight management due to Chemo treatment, and I truly love the chocolate flavored kind. I have even added ice cream and crushed ice to it to make a milkshake for a different consistency and it is amazing. I would highly recommend trying Ensure products fir anyone with weight management issues.

It seemed like a good way to start the day & get most of the nutrients that we need while watching our diets through the day. My husband started to lose weight while I gained but found out that it was bc I got pregnant. I confirmed with my Dr. that it would be good to continue and kept going.
