Ensure taste good and kept me nourished. In 2014 my 90 year old Aunt was diagnosed with failure to thrive. She was under 100 pounds and ate like a bird. I asked her Dr. about giving her Ensure and he wrote a prescription for it so that I could get it at low cost to no cost. She began drinking it and liked it. she is now doing well and still drinking it. she enjoys the Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate. Her weight has increased to 107 pounds. The Dr. is pleased. The reason Ensure is an essential part of his diet and keeps him healthy is because he requires an amount of protein in his diet that he is unable to get by just eating alone. In addition, Ensure Original is just the right amount of protein he needs in his daily diet and because it tastes good, he enjoys drinking Ensure. I really improved in metabolism and energy. I have tired and like the variety of flavors. I drink it cold, over ice and as a shake.
