I must say I can drink a few back to back on ice since it’s so refreshing. Few month and started again before my second pregnancy, it also helped me when nursing because sometimes you don’t get to have a complete nutrition. So I used this for a supplement has its intended to be. Right now I feel healthy, strong and don’t get cold as much as I used to.

I feel this product does what it says it should do--gives me energy and has a lot of protein to boot. Just wish it was a bit cheaper for the aged.

I struggle with active Crohn's disease and am unable to keep food in my system. Ensure gives me that boost that I need. It is one of my very essentials to get me through the day.
