When I first started using Ensure years ago there was only Vanilla and Chocolate, which I also like But it appears Butter Pecan is my favorite. Great supplement when it's time to eat and you don't feel like eating. Keeps you on schedule as eating properly and on schedule is vital to weight loss and maintenance and your health.

He is now 83 years old and his appetite is not what it use to be. The one thing that he has consistently enjoyed is the Ensure drinks.
