I had trouble taking care of my animals. I did not want to go to work or even clean my house. Two weeks after using ensure, I felt less fatigued. I have more energy. My house is clean. I have more energy during the day to make it through work. I will be a permanent user of ensure. The strawberry flavor is my favorite.

Due to the surgery and radiation he no longer has the muscles to swallow foods and relies of gravity for any type of intake, which means only liquids. Ensure and Boost are the only foods he has. These products have the nutrition he needs to live this new normal life.

I drink at least one Ensure a day. I just wish new - and perhaps more unique flavors - like Red Velvet, Cookie Dough, and S'mores would be released!

However, I have a confession. One busy day before I ran out of the front door, I grabbed one for myself because I had a meeting and didn't want hunger distractions. I drank the bottle and was surprised at how good it tasted. Afterward I became concerned about the creaminess causing stomach rumbles or discomfort during my meeting. Nothing happened! Plus I was fully alert and energized. Sorry mom, sometimes your Ensure leaves faster than before...if I have a "meeting." :)

I feel it helps me get my day going. A boost of energy to start the morning. I don’t like chocolate anything in the morning, so that favor just wouldn’t work for me. So I started out trying each of the other different favors until I found my favorite. The first time I tried the strawberry I thought, “Wow! This is great!” It’s smooth and creamy without any funny after taste. How can it be healthy? It taste much like a creamy strawberry smoothie.
