Super fresh, soft, & flaky. Just wish they had more apple filling.

Good dough.  Minimal filling.  Price was ok.

Bought on Friday afternoon and by Sunday developed "green mold"

Turned "moldy" in a couple of days

No apple filling in the turnover. It basically a crescent roll

By the time the eighth turnover was going to be consumed, it was moldy with blue mold, and had to be thrown out.  This was about a week after buying the turnovers.  You want them to remain moist, but not become moldy.

Apple turnovers became moldy

The Members Mark apple turnovers are an excellent breakfast pastry. We wrap them individually in aluminum foil and put them in the freezer. When we want one we take it out of the freezer, remove the foil and defrost in the microwave. We the put them into the toaster oven and bake at 350F for 5 minutes. They come out like fresh turnovers from the bakery. While they are not so great just from the package they are absolutely wonderful this way. Highly recommend.
