Very good turnovers. Flaky pastry, chunks of apples in the filling, just what you expect in a turnover. I have tried others which had no solid pieces of apple. There is no icing drizzle on top which I prefer because the icing is too sweet. These turnovers are just like the ones grandma made.

Right out of the box, the turnovers are dense, dry, and chewy, with not a lot of apple flavor. Popping them in the air fryer for a few minutes was revolutionary. Airy, crisp, distinctive layers, and just enough apple filling to be flavorful without gushing everywhere. Watch them like a hawk though, or the tops will burn.

I've bought these several times, which means I like them a lot. They only lost a star because the plastic container makes them less flakey, and more apple wound be a bonus. They have a good flavor, and are sweetened just right. A very good price, especially when they are sale. You won't be sorry.

flaky, cooked to perfection. only issue is where are the apples? hardly any apples very disappointing that they used so little of the apples, since it is APPLE turnovers. mostly dough very little apple. as an previous restaurant manager I understand that CORP can pressure managers to lower food cost, but anymore and they will just be dough turnovers. Why do these corporate officers forget that this is where their money comes from. They squeeze and squeeze the managers till the product is no longer worth the purchase to customers. sales drop and then they blame the managers again, when in reality they were the downfall of the product.

These are great as is or heated up with a little vanilla ice cream on them. The only issue is that they don't keep very long. They had mold spots on them after two days, which was also the sell by date. I always check the dates and try to buy the freshest. This was the first time I've ever ran into this issue. At least I got to eat two before I had to toss them.

These looked great but there was not much filling in them so I stuffed them with blueberries and stawberries. The secobd batch I purchased had mold so I tossed them out. It was not worth returning them as the gas cost would not have made any sense as they were on sale.

This item was on sale for 50% off which was a good deal so I bought a package of it. I knew that it was not selling so they put it on sale for 50% off to get ride of it. I brought it home and opened the package and the turnovers had mold inside of them. I was very angry and threw it away. Shame on you Sam’s Club!

These were soggy and wet. They were not crisp at all. There was also so little apple filling, just enough so you can still say they were apple. It was more like a small amount of apple jam, there were no apple chunks. The worst part was the texture, just soft and wet.

Had grayish like stuff on bottom, which i coildnt see when i bought because it was it was of way they ways laying. I believe was mold so i had to theow away.

How can you call them apple turnovers when you only put one tiny piece of apple. Don’t think I will buy again. I have been buying them for a while and the apple has been getting less. This is just plain awful.
