Fits Perfect and at a Great Price

I have an older E-Z-GO golf cart and it required batteries - Sam's Club has the exact size I was looking for and at the best price. The Sam's Club associate even loaded them into my pickup truck for me and when I returned the old batteries - he also unloaded them. Change out was as easy as one, two, three and when I checked the charge on the batteries - they were all good and my cart has not run this well in years. Thanks to Sam's for a great product at the best price and their associates for GREAT SERVICE!!!

Great deal on High Quality Batteries

I bought 4 of these batteries, supposedly made by Deka, to replace 2 Group GC2 batteries in my sailboat. These were slightly taller than the batteries replaced but fit in my battery storage area and are providing excellent power for my onboard electronics. I saved a lot of money and have better batteries to boot.

Great batteries but bad Sam's Club experience

I upgraded my RV batteries and these GC2's more than double the capacity. They required some minor modifications to install but not a big deal. The batteries work great, but the purchase experience at Sam's Club was not great. When I arrived to pick them up folks were very confused on where I needed to pick them up and had no idea what a core charge was or how to process things. 5 stars for the batteries and 3 stars for the purchase experience.

They work

Replaced all of my cart batteries, one was bad took it back and had to buy another. It had a 2013 date on it. Didn't want to argue so just purchased this one. Just check the dates on each battery when they get them out of the rack. Other than that they are a good replacement for the money.

Consider LiFePO4 if replacing your GC2 on a camper

I bought 6 of these to replace the original batteries in my Phaeton motorhome. When fully charged (using the stock Xantrex charger/inverter) I could never get more than about 5 hours of use before higher current items (coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave) would cause the inverter to shut down due to low voltage. I figured it was the nature of the beast. Now, 6 years later, as most of them have swollen and my charger won't charge them anymore, I was ready to head back to Sams to get another set. Fortunately, I did a little more research on the newer lithium technology (LiFePO4). The prices have really come down. Two of these newer batteries contain more AH than all 6 combined. And you can drain them down to 10%. They have bluetooth battery management systems (BMS) internally that let you check the health of every cell within the batteries, and it provides an estimate till empty (or fill if charging). With minimal load, I've been able to run my coach for nearly 48 hours and I still have 30% left. The best part is this newer tech has become so common, the two new batteries are less than 6 of these GC2's. If you have an RV, ditch lead-acid. look up lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4). They're intrinsically safe (unlike lithium-ion). Boondocking is FUN now!
