Much more sturdy than I had hoped. I am super excited by this and it totally meets my needs! So relieved! It is hard to buy something like this sight unseen, and I am glad that I took the chance on this. Using it for a 10 ft wide room, to block off an indoor pool. Can also move it outside to the yard to use for the toddlers to play. Love it.

The mounting hardware this gate comes with is a joke. Do yourself a favor, and buy new screws before attempting to attach it to a wall. I wouldn't use this for the top of the stairs either. The rod that you are supposed to use to mount the gate to the wall can be easily jiggled out of the top and bottom brackets.

I am really happy with this safety gate/playard. Its long enough that it keeps my daughter out of areas of our home where she doesn't need to play (such as our kitchen), and it's really easy for me to fold up & take on trips to use as a playyard. My husband likes that it has a "door" so he doesnt have to step over it like he did the last one i had. The only complaint I had is that the packaging was very bad. The box it was shipped to me in was literally tore up when I received it (very much unsatisfactory!) I'm just glad the gate wasn't damaged.

This product has truly been a life saver for us and our dog. We are half way through two of his needed hip surgeries and it's essential that he remains contained. When I received this gate and saw the quality and versatility, I ordered another immediately. It's self standing and can be formed into different configurations. The gate opens easily and I can enter and exit quickly. We have one in the living room and one in our bedroom. With the crate we have in the kitchen, it allows our dog to have three different areas of containment. The lack of a top makes it seem more spacious for him and he's comfortable in the space. I have also put it outside to allow him to get some sun and watch nature. It really has been a life saver. If you are considering this for your dog, don't think twice. Order it. You'll love it. I am so happy found this product.

It is awesome! I was able, being 7 months pregnant, and disabled to assemble and mount to the wall myself. It fits nicely in my 10ft opening that we wanted to enclose for our 1 year old daughter, in an odd "L-shape" and we have two extra sections that aren't, as it will go up to 19 feet (I think that's what it said) We spent a lot of time looking for a gate that worked with that odd opening, and this was the perfect one! Price was right, and it's sturdy enough for my daughter, who is a climber. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, actually, I already have!

I used this gate as a pet gate. I have a rabbit and my husband and I were concerned about him being able to escape his area or worse, get stuck and hurt. I bought and securely attached wire netting and it's working out great! It actually looks very nice too!

Sadly to say but the day i got the gate and put it up, the part of the gate that opens broke off. I love the look of the gate and it was perfect size and seemed like good quality. It would have been perfect if the opening didn't break off. It wasnt from force it was just from opening and closing it about 13 times.

This is great for our large opening between our living room and dining room. I don't know who they have deliver this item, but I read the reviews before I bought it and lots of people said their box came very damaged. Our box came VERY damaged as well and small parts fell out of the box. Now we have to go to the hardware store and get more screws. For $80, the box and the gate should've come in perfect condition.

We used this gate to partition off an office space in our living room. It works great for us. When the toddlers figure out how to open it, we plan on using a baby lock to keep it closed. We've been very happy with the purchase and have gotten compliments.

We love this gate. It is long enough to reach across the room. Our 1 yr old can't open the latch, so it keeps her and the dog separated when she has a snack during the day. Has held up for a while now. We like ours so much that the neighbors got one for their dogs.
