Poor Quality and Leaks Water
I bought this and it got delivered last week. I installed it on a perfectly leveled foundation and the shed leaks water when it rains. The resin quality is very poor and not worth the money. It does look nice as in the pictures, but what's the point if it's not sturdy and leaks?!

Semi-sturdy,need flat platform, 3 people & 3 hours
You need a flat platform -cement or build one with wood. You need 3 persons to help unbox, separate items, identify items from manual, power screwdriver , and break down the box. It took 3 hours if you assign the right persons to each tasks. Give yourself room when building , after you complete the shed you can move it where you desire. You need to make sure when you are holding up the walls , you are securing and locking the walls correctly. Otherwise you have to start from the beginning. Not bad for the price it’s semi- sturdy. It’s doing its job and sheltering my big snowblower, lawn mower, 3 grills, 2 fire pits, and salt bags, I’m glad I did not pay pay over a $1000.
Great little shed!
Shed arrived in great shape. We used pallets topped with a 3/4" sheet of plywood for the base. Took my husband and myself 6 hours to assemble, and we are in our 60's. Instructions were detailed and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend!
Frustrating
Almost nothing fits just right and its quite difficult (and very frustrating) to make adjustments so that it goes together correctly. Luckily, I'm rather experienced at putting things together and I had the right tools (and screws that fit) to make things work. If you lack patience, experience or tools this is not for you.

So easy
I bought this because my husband and I put up a metal shed at our previous house and almost got divorced in the process and thought this looked better- it was. This was SO EASY. Start to finish I think it took us less than two hours - we literally did it on his lunch break from work. All of the parts line up perfectly if you follow the instructions! 10/10 recommend. I would definitely not try to do it alone though, just because when you’re screwing some of the parts together you need someone to hold the panels up from the other side!

Terrible
The storage shed was placed next to my home and is mostly shaded. The back (on the north side) has bowed out. I have contacted Sams 2x to either return the shed or get replacement and have been ignored. Don't believe it when they say lifetime return because they don't honor the policy.
Unbelievable
It's unbelievable that they show this thing up against a wall with the roof draining towards the wall. why not make the shed so that the roof is reversible in case you did want to put it up a against a wall and then it would drain away from the wall.

Five Stars, but with some caveats.
I reluctantly give this 5 stars for two reasons. The first being that for the price that I paid for this the quality control could have been better. For instance, the first wall that I put up did not lock into the floor, the side windows that allow for light did not fit and had to be shaved down. One of the side windows had the manufactures writing, which should have been facing the inside of the shed instead of the outside. In some pieces the screw holes did not match up. The two pieces of the floor were off maybe a bump, which had me worried that it might affect the alignment of the walls, but it didn't. The other thing is that I don't see the floor as being that secure to the floor, basically someone with a prybar could get in by prying the shed from the floor. Suncast does point out that the shed is not waterproof and that is obvious, but I think they are talking about if runoff from a large amount of water. I was able to fix the problems, but it took more time. I did secure the floor better by buying some small brackets and attaching them to the wall and floor. I also bought some adhesive waterproof tape to stop water coming in from the sides around the floor. As far as the positive aspects of the shed. I bought this shed in January, but I wasn't able to put it together until mid April, as I was waiting for weather that wasnt so windy and I also needed to build a foundation. One of my concerns about waiting so long was that I was hoping that all the parts would be there and they were. I would give the instructions 90% out of a 100%. I am also no spring chicken and I was able to put the shed together by myself. I did have doubts about this shed being sturdy as I was putting it up, but when I completed the shed I was very pleased at how sturdy it actually was on the sides, doors and roof. I would caution against leaving the wall and roof side up for too long of a period. I did that when I first received the package and pulled everything out of the box and when i went out the next day they were bowed a little bit. I laid everything out on top of the box and threw a tarp over them. The pieced did straighten back out and once everything was put together I haven't had that problem. I did buy the light colored shed, but I don't know about the wisdom of having a black roof, especially in areas where the heat can be brutal in the summer. Overall, I am happy with the completed shed. Although, I still had to add brackets to the floor and waterproof the bottom. The shed looks like it will last awhile and it looks good.
Never Again
This was my 3rd shed so I'm not completely new to the process and I have to say this was the most difficult one. The directions and pictures were vague at times. The most frustrating part of this build was the parts labeled incorrectly. I'm talking about the panels and the hardware. Clearly there was no quality control the day this shed was built in the factory. There were no instructions on how to anchor the shed to the concrete or the wooden platform, so we screwed it in but then later, that got in the way of the walls. There are small gaps in between the walls so pests and rain can get into the shed, which defeats the whole purpose of the shed. The shed itself is very lightweight, in a bad way. I feel like one good storm will blow this away. The material is very cheap and flimsy. The cost does not reflect the quality at all and I'm definitely not going to be purchasing another shed from Suncast in the future.
