ONE OF THE JOIST WAS BENT, ITEM EE. I COULD NOT GET IT INTO PLACE CORRECTLY, I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURE, I SENT PHOTOS, I SENT A COPY OF MY RECEIPT FROM SAMS, AS WELL THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE SHED, I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE ISSUE IS, AND ALL I HAVE RECEIVED IS LITTLE TO NO HELP. DONT BUY!!!! MANUFACTURE WILL NOT HELP WITH ANY ISSUES

This was my 3rd shed so I'm not completely new to the process and I have to say this was the most difficult one. The directions and pictures were vague at times. The most frustrating part of this build was the parts labeled incorrectly. I'm talking about the panels and the hardware. Clearly there was no quality control the day this shed was built in the factory. There were no instructions on how to anchor the shed to the concrete or the wooden platform, so we screwed it in but then later, that got in the way of the walls. There are small gaps in between the walls so pests and rain can get into the shed, which defeats the whole purpose of the shed. The shed itself is very lightweight, in a bad way. I feel like one good storm will blow this away. The material is very cheap and flimsy. The cost does not reflect the quality at all and I'm definitely not going to be purchasing another shed from Suncast in the future.

Order was complete and in good condition. But the delivery was exceptional. I wasn't home. The person making delivery went out of their way to find a shady cooler secure place to leave the box. This greatly helped the food products remain in good condition.

It's unbelievable that they show this thing up against a wall with the roof draining towards the wall. why not make the shed so that the roof is reversible in case you did want to put it up a against a wall and then it would drain away from the wall.

It goes together pretty fast with 2 to 3 people. YOU MUST have a level place to erect it.

Easy to assemble. Very pleased with the final product.

It does take two people to assemble . Plenty a room looks good . good quality
