Looks good; easy to assemble
I got two of these to replace different sheds "Gone with the Wind" that was Hurricane Ian when the entire porch, under which they sat, took off. I don't know yet how the new ones will hold up to the Florida weather and tenants piling stuff inside, but they look good, and seem well constructed for a resin shed. There are metal side and roof supports, and interlocking walls. I'll be anchoring them, though, with tie downs because just bolting down the base isn't going to keep the roof on. If it takes off, so will the sides. My son and I (71 yrs) assembled the first one in about 3 hours and then second one in about 2 (and we are still speaking!). Recommendations: Make sure the base piece joints are tightly together on both ends before you start on the walls or everything will be off. Get a low torque battery powered screwdriver (drills are too powerful) to save time and maximize the benefits of teamwork (I caught two from Skil on sale and they were great!). Also, assemble the clamps on the roof struts on the ground to save overhead work. Any metal-to-metal assembly will need manual screwing and pressure to complete. The hardest part of assembly was securing the bolts that connect the roof to the side supports. You need a slim 7/16 socket and anything else you can find in that size to help and it's still going to take time and patience. It would be nice if Suncast developed a tool set to make this easier. Don't try assembly without a helper. It will be brutal. Don't try to assemble this outside on a windy day. You have to get the sides to stand up in sequence. Even with two people, you can't install one side while another person tries to hold up more than 2 sections in a stiff breeze. They will take off from the base.

Nice shed at a decent price.
We had free delivery on our shed. We were able to track when it would be delivered. We received an email the morning it was delivered. The delivery driver was able to place it in our garage since www were home. We didn’t have any damage and it went together easily. The instructions are easy to follow.

Installation Tip - Great Shed
Great storage shed for the price. Definitely install it on a pad. One step (18a) was very difficult, installing a metal support into each side panel. Had to improvise by banging it down with a hammer using a wood block. Best to do this step early before attaching the panel to the floor. All other steps went well.

Nice good looking shed.
It went together fairly easily, of course much easier with two people. Overall the quantity is good but the corners locations where they bend around than corners are bit thin, but that may be necessary. Overall it is good and the price was nice at Sam's as well.

Nice Modern Shed
I assembled this by myself in a weekend, it took me approximately 10 total hours. I could have cut it down to 8 if components lined up better. The first issue was the gaskets for the windows, they would not stay in the slot they were cut out for. I tried silicone lubricant, and water. This was one of the first steps, and delayed any progress by two hours. Soaking the gaskets in water seemed to help a little but they still did not fit, I had to place the window on top put a few screws in, use my knife to adjust the gasket and repeat. The second issue was the metal side rails, I had to use my vice grips to make them fit. The slots they are designed for seemed to be too narrow. Take your time and it will work with a little fabrication. I bought this shed to replace a wooden one that was destroyed in a tornado, I had a flat concrete slab to work with, doors open and close smoothly no issues. We had some heavy rains the day after I finished this shed. Not a drop inside. I would have given this 5 stars if assembly would have gone smoother. I'm pretty happy with this shed so far and hope it will withstand the unpredictable mid west weather. Not sure how secure this unit is, I feel if I pull the doors as hard as I can, or kick the shed I would be able to get inside. Regardless I don't think any shed is theft proof?

Must anchor or void warranty
The shed is amazing but the drawback is nowhere in the description does it tell you you must anchor it to either cement or a platform base of certain specifications. If you do not anchor it it voids the warranty. It was a small byline in the pre-assembly instructions. After spending $850, it would have been nice to know that prior to my purchase.

Very good shed with some IS’s
Suncast 7’x7’ Modernist storage shed is just fine if: Your base is perfectly level, you have 2 able adults, you have low torque battery operated screw drivers, you have 2 4’ to 6’ ladders , you have sufficient area around the shed back and sides sides - 2 feet is good, the shed is above water sources, area winds do not exceed very much and probably not last you add a good flooring. I will add this: Suncast is selling this shed at several retailers. Each retailer has their specific color pattern. Pricing varies - $900.00 to $1900.00 for the same shed.

Sam's 5 stars, Suncast 4
Saved hundreds, even including the price of membership. Received within just a few days of ordering. Love the color (vanilla with gray doors, just like the picture). Because I'm disabled, have no carpentry skills, it rains every other day here, and I refused to pay for the wood suggested in the instruction booklet (do yourself a favor and look at the instructions online before even ordering this), it took me a week to build the base for the shed. I used lumber left under my deck from when the house was built and screws and nails I had hanging around for the last 20 years or so, so there was a lot of improvisation involved, but I essentially built the base as instructed. I did the recommended "pre-assembly" in the house the day before to save time on "build day". It says to make sure you can get the whole job done in one day, but if you can't, you can stop after the metal skeleton is installed, and it will be fine. Do the roof and doors the next day. My floor was imperfect in a way that the seam had no gap in the center, but more than a quarter inch at the ends. This matters. It has to be perfect, or the wall panels will not go together. I let the floor sit in the hot sun, then forced it together to line up better. (Thus the 4 stars instead of 5.) The rest was fairly easy, until you realize the platform is not absolutely perfect when the roof and doors go on. Have a jack and some wood or bricks ready. End result, perfect. No leaks, no water gets in at all. I'm using it as a workshop, since it's safe for my hand tools. BIG TIP: The wall panels are held together by just a few flimsy plastic screws. I recommend using the "extra" self-threading screws to screw the panels together using the dimples already in place for just such purpose. I was expecting to find this step in the instructions, but it's not there. Way more effort than I anticipated, but really nice finished product. Thanks Sam's Club for making it more affordable and a nicer color than the competition.

Putting it together
The unit came packed very well. I unloaded all the parts so I could get it organized. Found the back sides and front parts. Making sure it was all there. The instructions LACK in part labels. You have to guess what part you need to use. There was enough parts so I didn't come up short on the screws. Just remember, it will take two people to fit the parts together. If they would just label the parts better would save 30 to 45 minutes trying to Identify the rails.

Hot interior and delicate flooring.
It gets very hot inside this shed. The flooring is very delicate. Heavy items will sink in the floor. It gets damaged very easily. The walls and the roof expand a lot with the temperature. The shelter has a lot of openings everywhere that could allow pest inside including rodents. I don’t recommend this product.
