Had a repair issue and was able to help me research part needed and replaced under warranty. Greatly appreciate the knowledge and honesty. I would have readily payed for the part as I didn't realize there was a warranty. I will definitely do business with Lifetime again.

This is a great chair at a very good price. Solid and heavy. I would suggest you buy an Allen wrench set with an extension as there are a lot of screws require a fair amount of force to turn. Make sure you do not over tighten the screws until all pieces are completed. I made that mistake on the first chair. The second shirt took me less than an hour to assemble.

We bought five of these chairs. One had several broken parts and another had a few smaller parts that were chipped. We were able to get those parts replaced quickly and without hassle. Putting the chairs together was more challenging than anticipated but once together, they are beautiful and comfortable. We are always very happy with our lifetime products and experience. This is what keeps us coming back every time we need something.

You must really adhere to the "do not tighten" in the directions. Nevertheless, the last part of lining up the screws was difficult and required ingenuity to pull the pieces together. I propose that the screws should be pointed to better guide into the pre-drilled holes.

Purchased chairs over 2yrs ago and they’ve remained uncovered through harsh winters. Delighted with how good & robust they are, however one of the screws had become tarnished due to extreme Scottish weather. Contacted Lifetime and they immediately dispatched replacement screws for me. The chair is back in pristine condition.

We ought two Adirondack chairs in gray. They were easy to assemble and are very strong and solid. Good purchase for the price.

My husband and I love these chairs. They are very comfortable and heavy. We bought two and one was missing a small part. Customer Service was fantastic!

Good looking chair for the best price. Read instructions carefully and a power drill really helps. The last four screws are the toughest. Took about an hour to assemble.

Love the chairs. Some of the screws were hard to install because holes did not always line up. Assembly was a little more tedious, but not impossible. Installing every screw with the small set-screw wrench took some time.
