Bought 2 of these chairs. One was damaged (bakc had boken faux wood piece), could not be assembled and had to be returned/ replaced. Hopefully, the return/ re-reorder process will go smoothly. FYI. the other chair is easiest to assemble if you have a drill as there is a special bit included to use to screw in the screws. If you ack a drill it will take a long time to assemble.

Just got done putting these together and they look amazing. One of the chairs was damaged in shipping and when I called they immediately took care of the product and sent me a new chair it’s just the individual part was unavailable. Amazing customer service!’

the grey Adirondack chair arrived quickly and was intact. The assembly was a little tedious in aligning the pieces and the allen wrench screws were metric (I think) so using a power screwdriver did not work for me. the chair looks good and is very stable with a 300 pound rating. It sits a little low from the ground so older and heavy people may have difficulty getting in and out. Overall this is the best "store bought" Adirondack chair I have found and will order another when the price drops and they have free shipping.

I purchased 2 Brown Adirondack Chairs. One of them arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they solved the problem in no time! I can’t wait to sit outside and enjoy my front porch in these chairs for years to come. Lifetime really stands by the quality of their product. Thank you!

Had a broken slat on two of the Adirondack chairs I purchased in May of 2020. Called Customer Service for assistance in obtaining two new slats. The Representative I reach was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. She resolved my problem instantly and beyond my expectations.

These would be great for someone with lots of time, room to construct, and most importantly, a power screw driver. Every piece and slat needed to be put together. There were no less than 30-40 screws that needed to be driven with a power driver so they wouldn’t forever be coming loose. I got them for my daughter who lives in a tiny apartment and has no room for anything extra, including a seldom used power driver. These will have to wait until she has a different circumstance. Returned!

Recently had one of the arms break from a Florida hurricane and went to customer service for help with getting the necessary replacement parts. Your customer service agent was incredibly friendly, patient and most helpful in getting the replacement parts I needed.

I purchased 4 of these for my family after sitting in some that a neighbor had (they've had them for a few years and still look/feel like new). After putting together 3 (very easily), we unwrapped the 4th one to find that it had a crack by a screw (in a pre-assembled piece). I called customer service and not only are they fixing the problem, but they were super pleasant to work with

We bought four chairs and one of them arrived with a small split in one of the seat slats. During assembly of that same chair, our teenager accidentally drilled through the armrest! I contacted Lifetime about both items expecting only a replacement slat to be sent to us, but was surprised to hear that they are replacing the complete chair! Great customer service by Darwin at Lifetime!

Just purchased so this review is based on the chairs out of the box and assembled. These chairs will be used around our fire pit in Florida. So with time, it will be interesting to see their durability. Back to the current time, first, they are very comfortable ergonomically. 4 adult members of my family who normally complain about any seating all gave thumbs up and one even ordered four chairs for herself. The arms are wide enough to hold your arm, cell phones a drink or two etc. Perfection. Sturdy and pretty heavy. Second, the gray is a win for our decor. Love it and I ended up buying two ottomans and four matching side tables. the ottomans are surprisingly comfortable too. Had some minor issue with delivered pieces, sent an email to customer service who responded within 24 hours and gave first class resolution. I am very pleased.
