I putchased three additional chairs to match the one Lifetime Adirondack chair that we've owned for several years. I won't say assembly was a piece of cake but it wasn't difficult either. We had minor difficulty lining up screw holes on the arm rests but other than that assembly was straightforward. Very pleased with the results.

I have during the holidays purchased 8 of these chairs for both my family and my son's family and they arrived earlier than expected and we built them quickly. After the holidays, my wife and I decided to purchase two more. One of them arrived and we noticed a damages part and we contacted their customer service. The part we needed was on backorder but they are sending us another chair to use for parts in case there is any other damage as well. They just sent this new chair but we anticipate no issues.

The customer service personnel was great. The warranty program stinks. Since my units were just over 2 years old I had to pay for shipping and replacement pieces that broke on the adarondak chairs. Then when I got the order half of the order was missing and needed extra shipment.

Just purchased so this review is based on the chairs out of the box and assembled. These chairs will be used around our fire pit in Florida. So with time, it will be interesting to see their durability. Back to the current time, first, they are very comfortable ergonomically. 4 adult members of my family who normally complain about any seating all gave thumbs up and one even ordered four chairs for herself. The arms are wide enough to hold your arm, cell phones a drink or two etc. Perfection. Sturdy and pretty heavy. Second, the gray is a win for our decor. Love it and I ended up buying two ottomans and four matching side tables. the ottomans are surprisingly comfortable too. Had some minor issue with delivered pieces, sent an email to customer service who responded within 24 hours and gave first class resolution. I am very pleased.

Decided to go with a manufactured product. Bought four of these chairs and they are wonderful. They feel substantial and are very comfortable. They look great around our fire pit. One chair had a broken slat when I opened the box. I called customer service the next morning and they took care of it and setup delivery of a replacement in a few minutes. Definitely how customer service should work!

Amazing product, looks like real wood! We ordered four chairs to complement our backyard. It was delivered earlier than expected. Product was neatly organized inside the box. Easy to assemble, watch first the Youtube video. The chair looks sturdy, and yes it feels sturdy when sat on. Wife is extremely happy with our purchase! The only negative part is that one of the chairs we ordered has a part that came preassembled and there was a chip/break on it. Otherwise, it should be all perfect!

We bought four chairs and one of them arrived with a small split in one of the seat slats. During assembly of that same chair, our teenager accidentally drilled through the armrest! I contacted Lifetime about both items expecting only a replacement slat to be sent to us, but was surprised to hear that they are replacing the complete chair! Great customer service by Darwin at Lifetime!

Bought my first set (2) of these last year. Very happy with them. Bought second set a week ago. One issue - a slat on one seat was cracked near bolts. Contacted Lifetime, requesting a replacement slat, and they informed me that they are sending me a replacement chair! Amazing customer service!!!

I love these chairs. I have several. They look great after serveral years of use. One of the slats broke. I sent an email to inquire about a replacement slat. Within a day, response from CS team. Wanted my address and shipped a new slat !! No Charge !!! Awsome ! Will buy more from Lifetime !
