After experience a crack in the leg of my chair, customer service was quick to respond and have me shipped out a new chair as a replacement. I’ve purchased about 10 of these chairs over the years and am happy I have as they are durable and customer service stands by their promise of lifetime support.

Had a broken slat on two of the Adirondack chairs I purchased in May of 2020. Called Customer Service for assistance in obtaining two new slats. The Representative I reach was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. She resolved my problem instantly and beyond my expectations.

These chairs are rock solid for sure. There in the sun all day, every day and not a hint of fading at all. Their Customer Service is outstanding! We needed a replacement are on one of the 4 chairs we bought. When we contacted them about it, they were very helpful and shipped it out to us for free and we received it a couple of days after the request. That's why their ratings are really good. Great product, great customer service! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Having previously bought Adirondack chairs from Lifetime a couple years back, and having a great experience with the product, I expected the same level of quality with these chairs. However, assembling these chairs was a real pain. The holes didn't line up which made putting this together VERY difficult. Also, the seat was cracked underneath. (I will say their support team sent me a new seat part, but I'm so reluctant to take it apart to put the new seat on because it was so difficult to assemble the first time around.) For the price, I really felt like they could have done a better job with quality assurance making sure that assembly would be seamless.

The chairs are fantastic and durable. We got five of them to put around our gas firepit, and have ordered two more with a table. Had a broken piece when we opened one of the boxes, but customer service was extremely friendly and shipped out a new part after filling out some paperwork. Got the part in less than a week.

We just purchased our 4th Adirondack Chair. Excellence #1 is that the quality and comfort are exceptional. Extremely glad that we purchased these chairs rather than our other options. Excellence #2 is the customer service. There was one little issue with one of the chairs when we opened the box. It was a delight dealing with their customer service, and their solution went above what we expected. Extremely gald that we chose this company for our outdoor furniture. Could not be more satisfied.

First of all, the four Lifetime adirondack chairs we bought 5 years are beautiful and comfortable! We did have one slat crack and customer service was amazing and so helpful. They explained it would take a while because of shipping issues but they were happy to send out a new replacement piece. I just received it!

These chairs are easy to assemble only requiring a drill to assemble. They last forever as we bought 4 several years ago and after power washing, they looked as good as the new ones we purchased. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the fact that a couple of the screws wouldn’t tighten and the Allen wrench that you use in your drill will just about last long enough to assemble the chair, if your careful.

the grey Adirondack chair arrived quickly and was intact. The assembly was a little tedious in aligning the pieces and the allen wrench screws were metric (I think) so using a power screwdriver did not work for me. the chair looks good and is very stable with a 300 pound rating. It sits a little low from the ground so older and heavy people may have difficulty getting in and out. Overall this is the best "store bought" Adirondack chair I have found and will order another when the price drops and they have free shipping.

Recently had one of the arms break from a Florida hurricane and went to customer service for help with getting the necessary replacement parts. Your customer service agent was incredibly friendly, patient and most helpful in getting the replacement parts I needed.
