Thank you for your help in ordering replacement parts. Very polite and quick to respond. We love the chairs, unfortunately the wind blew them off our porch and broke a couple parts. However the fact that we can order parts saves much more than buying new chairs.

I purchased 4 of these for my family after sitting in some that a neighbor had (they've had them for a few years and still look/feel like new). After putting together 3 (very easily), we unwrapped the 4th one to find that it had a crack by a screw (in a pre-assembled piece). I called customer service and not only are they fixing the problem, but they were super pleasant to work with

My kids got us 2 more of these chairs, they are super and very comfortable, not to mention very sturdy. We live in the Sierra's with heavy winds at times, and so far these chairs have not been blown over like many others have. We highly recommend, and the company is super to work with as well. I bought 4 of these chairs years ago and have totally enjoyed them. Unfortunately, three of the back slats broke off one of the chairs after my son blasted it with a soccer ball. I called the company trying to purchase replacements slats and spoke to a member of their team who was extremely friendly and said he would be happy to ship out a replacement at no charge. Imagine my surprise when a brand new full chair arrived at my door a week later. I was totally blown away. This is a great company with great products.

You must really adhere to the "do not tighten" in the directions. Nevertheless, the last part of lining up the screws was difficult and required ingenuity to pull the pieces together. I propose that the screws should be pointed to better guide into the pre-drilled holes.

I didn't want wood since they break down after a few years and saw this resin one. Very solid construction. It is a bit trick to put together. Make sure you leave the screws loose and put them all in before tightening. Once they are assembled, they look just like wood.

Great chair! Took a little time to put it together. But very sturdy and nice looking. Some of the holes where not drilled in the right place but managed to put it all together. The chair so far is not fading and is very comfortable. Its also heavy and not easy to move around. Definitely recommend.

In the past five or so years, we've purchased a total of seven of these chairs and we love them. We live near the beach and corrosion is a huge problem. The stainless hardware on these chairs look like new to this day and the chairs hold their color.

Love these chairs but a slat on the seat assembly keeps cracking. I weigh under 100 lbs and my husband and visitors are all very fit. Customer service has been kind enough to replace the whole chair, even though we just need one slat, a few different times. They say they don't have just spare slats. Seems like a waste to me .We also had one of the arms snap off too. That being said, the chairs and nice looking and very comfortable. The company was very easy to deal with. But, the name Lifetime does not apply to these chairs.

We bought two chairs over one year ago for our firefighters to use when relaxing between calls. Recently two of the slats broke when one of our crew members sat down a bit too forcefully. Lifetime replaced the chair at no cost without delay. We would not hesitate to recommend these Adirondack chairs and Lifetime to anyone. Thanks!
