I have to admit, I am VERY impressed with the service at this company. The chairs are great and I had a minor issue on one (purchased several). They resolved ASAP without any issues. Products have issues (it happens), it is about what you do when you have an issue that matters. This company did an amazing job!

I purchased 2 of these chairs. I am very disappointed that the slats keep breaking. I previously bought replacement slats for a reasonable price. Now I am asked to pay a ridiculous price which is close to the cost of a new chair! Why is the company called LIFETIME??

Having previously bought Adirondack chairs from Lifetime a couple years back, and having a great experience with the product, I expected the same level of quality with these chairs. However, assembling these chairs was a real pain. The holes didn't line up which made putting this together VERY difficult. Also, the seat was cracked underneath. (I will say their support team sent me a new seat part, but I'm so reluctant to take it apart to put the new seat on because it was so difficult to assemble the first time around.) For the price, I really felt like they could have done a better job with quality assurance making sure that assembly would be seamless.

My kids got us 2 more of these chairs, they are super and very comfortable, not to mention very sturdy. We live in the Sierra's with heavy winds at times, and so far these chairs have not been blown over like many others have. We highly recommend, and the company is super to work with as well. Just got done putting these together and they look amazing. One of the chairs was damaged in shipping and when I called they immediately took care of the product and sent me a new chair it’s just the individual part was unavailable. Amazing customer service!’

In the past five or so years, we've purchased a total of seven of these chairs and we love them. We live near the beach and corrosion is a huge problem. The stainless hardware on these chairs look like new to this day and the chairs hold their color.

This is a great chair at a very good price. Solid and heavy. I would suggest you buy an Allen wrench set with an extension as there are a lot of screws require a fair amount of force to turn. Make sure you do not over tighten the screws until all pieces are completed. I made that mistake on the first chair. The second shirt took me less than an hour to assemble.

I love these chairs. We bought for around our fire pit. They are so much more comfortable than many standard Adirondack I’ve sat in before. The color is great....like a rich natural cedar color. We also bought the accompanying side tables. Great value for the price and the customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Amazing product, looks like real wood! We ordered four chairs to complement our backyard. It was delivered earlier than expected. Product was neatly organized inside the box. Easy to assemble, watch first the Youtube video. The chair looks sturdy, and yes it feels sturdy when sat on. Wife is extremely happy with our purchase! The only negative part is that one of the chairs we ordered has a part that came preassembled and there was a chip/break on it. Otherwise, it should be all perfect!

Thank you for your help in ordering replacement parts. Very polite and quick to respond. We love the chairs, unfortunately the wind blew them off our porch and broke a couple parts. However the fact that we can order parts saves much more than buying new chairs.
