The customer service personnel was great. The warranty program stinks. Since my units were just over 2 years old I had to pay for shipping and replacement pieces that broke on the adarondak chairs. Then when I got the order half of the order was missing and needed extra shipment.

We bought two chairs over one year ago for our firefighters to use when relaxing between calls. Recently two of the slats broke when one of our crew members sat down a bit too forcefully. Lifetime replaced the chair at no cost without delay. We would not hesitate to recommend these Adirondack chairs and Lifetime to anyone. Thanks!

I purchased 4 of these for my family after sitting in some that a neighbor had (they've had them for a few years and still look/feel like new). After putting together 3 (very easily), we unwrapped the 4th one to find that it had a crack by a screw (in a pre-assembled piece). I called customer service and not only are they fixing the problem, but they were super pleasant to work with

I purchased 2 Brown Adirondack Chairs. One of them arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they solved the problem in no time! I can’t wait to sit outside and enjoy my front porch in these chairs for years to come. Lifetime really stands by the quality of their product. Thank you!

I bought my 2 chairs 4 years ago. I live in south florida and keep them out on my patio year round. Part of the day sun/part of the day shade. Just recently a slat broke on the seat (my husband is now on a diet :) ) I called for replacement parts and was told that the slats weren't available individually, but if I paid for shipping they would send me a complete new seat bottom. Awesome....I was not expecting that....I fully intended to purchase because I LOVE THE CHAIRS!! Thank you so much, I without a doubt, (even if they had not sent the seat bottom) highly recommend these chairs.

Bought four of these a few years ago. We live in New England so getting something durable that could survive the winder months without need for maintenance or cleaning was key for us. A couple years ago we added another pair and just this week another pair on top of that. The chairs have held up very well and there's essentially no difference between the ones we just assembled and the ones that have been outdoors for years. Very happy with them.

This is a nice chair and relatively easy to put together. It is also very comfortable. The only two things to note are what others have mentioned: 1. Make sure you do not sit on it directly with any sun screen still on your body or it will stain the chair and 2. Because this is not real wood, you need to be careful when putting it together so it does not crack. Otherwise, it is an absolutely beautiful and comfortable chair.

Great chair! Took a little time to put it together. But very sturdy and nice looking. Some of the holes where not drilled in the right place but managed to put it all together. The chair so far is not fading and is very comfortable. Its also heavy and not easy to move around. Definitely recommend.

What a hassle. Bought 6 pieces. 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, 2 tables, about $700. Would never buy again. Tables: one missing leg. Requested. Chairs: one damaged side panel, had to request part. One had a back plank hole over drilled so plank is loose. Non workmanship, poor machinery? Incidentally, when we ordered the parts we needed, half of what we ordered came. Failing grade all around.

Just purchased and assembled two chairs. While I must admit several steps in the assembly process were difficult for one person the end result was worth it. While the chair is obviously well made it is also comfortable and the price can't be beat! Won't hesitate to purchase a Lifetime product again.
