I purchased 2 of these chairs for sitting around the fire table and absolutely love them. Very good quality, comfortable and great value for the money! Also, easy to put together!!

Looks good after assembly but Pres-drilled holes for the armrest does not line-up. Had to use a clamp. Finish and color looks good but poor quality control on alignment of pre-drilled holes.

Had a repair issue and was able to help me research part needed and replaced under warranty. Greatly appreciate the knowledge and honesty. I would have readily payed for the part as I didn't realize there was a warranty. I will definitely do business with Lifetime again.

I didn't want wood since they break down after a few years and saw this resin one. Very solid construction. It is a bit trick to put together. Make sure you leave the screws loose and put them all in before tightening. Once they are assembled, they look just like wood.

I bought my 2 chairs 4 years ago. I live in south florida and keep them out on my patio year round. Part of the day sun/part of the day shade. Just recently a slat broke on the seat (my husband is now on a diet :) ) I called for replacement parts and was told that the slats weren't available individually, but if I paid for shipping they would send me a complete new seat bottom. Awesome....I was not expecting that....I fully intended to purchase because I LOVE THE CHAIRS!! Thank you so much, I without a doubt, (even if they had not sent the seat bottom) highly recommend these chairs.

We bought two chairs over one year ago for our firefighters to use when relaxing between calls. Recently two of the slats broke when one of our crew members sat down a bit too forcefully. Lifetime replaced the chair at no cost without delay. We would not hesitate to recommend these Adirondack chairs and Lifetime to anyone. Thanks!

We bought five of these chairs. One had several broken parts and another had a few smaller parts that were chipped. We were able to get those parts replaced quickly and without hassle. Putting the chairs together was more challenging than anticipated but once together, they are beautiful and comfortable. We are always very happy with our lifetime products and experience. This is what keeps us coming back every time we need something.

We bought four chairs and one of them arrived with a small split in one of the seat slats. During assembly of that same chair, our teenager accidentally drilled through the armrest! I contacted Lifetime about both items expecting only a replacement slat to be sent to us, but was surprised to hear that they are replacing the complete chair! Great customer service by Darwin at Lifetime!

These chairs are rock solid for sure. There in the sun all day, every day and not a hint of fading at all. Their Customer Service is outstanding! We needed a replacement are on one of the 4 chairs we bought. When we contacted them about it, they were very helpful and shipped it out to us for free and we received it a couple of days after the request. That's why their ratings are really good. Great product, great customer service! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Purchased chairs over 2yrs ago and they’ve remained uncovered through harsh winters. Delighted with how good & robust they are, however one of the screws had become tarnished due to extreme Scottish weather. Contacted Lifetime and they immediately dispatched replacement screws for me. The chair is back in pristine condition.
