Not as high quality as I expected. Chairs appear dirty due to absorbing water.

I bought two chairs and both had broken pieces in the box. Lifetime is sending me two more.

Have fun trying to tighten the bolts! The bolts strip and the Allen wrench strips too! Lots of fun putting this garbage together! By the time you’re done the bolts are stripped, don’t plan on ever taking them apart!!! Taiwan garbage metal!!!

I purchased 2 of these chairs for sitting around the fire table and absolutely love them. Very good quality, comfortable and great value for the money! Also, easy to put together!!

Looks good after assembly but Pres-drilled holes for the armrest does not line-up. Had to use a clamp. Finish and color looks good but poor quality control on alignment of pre-drilled holes.

I bought 4 of these chairs years ago and have totally enjoyed them. Unfortunately, three of the back slats broke off one of the chairs after my son blasted it with a soccer ball. I called the company trying to purchase replacements slats and spoke to a member of their team who was extremely friendly and said he would be happy to ship out a replacement at no charge. Imagine my surprise when a brand new full chair arrived at my door a week later. I was totally blown away. This is a great company with great products.

I bought 6 back in March and it’s now June. I’ve only put two together because they are the most annoying things in my life. Tonight I decided to do a third, and it took me 3 hours and 45 minutes and I left it without 4 of the screws because I literally couldn’t get them in. I would have laid someone $50 a chair for them to come prebuilt. I’m going to return the other three. Must have patience and be super strong to build these. It’s bitter sweet because these chairs are amazing and super sturdy.

I have a couple of these chairs that i bought from a neighbor. They were damaged in a windstorm this summer and I needed replacement parts. As I had no idea of their age, I contacted Lifetime with the ID and model numbers. They were very helpful and had the parts I needed. I was very impressed with their customer service and will consider them for my future product needs.

These chairs are easy to assemble only requiring a drill to assemble. They last forever as we bought 4 several years ago and after power washing, they looked as good as the new ones we purchased. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the fact that a couple of the screws wouldn’t tighten and the Allen wrench that you use in your drill will just about last long enough to assemble the chair, if your careful.
