I bought Adirondack chairs and while assembly, a few screws damaged the armrests. I called to have replaced and they were very responsive. They shipped out replacement at no cost and in a timely manner. Thank you

Love the chairs. Some of the screws were hard to install because holes did not always line up. Assembly was a little more tedious, but not impossible. Installing every screw with the small set-screw wrench took some time.

I bought 4 Adirondack chairs last fall (2019), a few days ago (March 2020) one of the seat slays snapped on a chair. Contacted customer support with supporting information and they are sending me a whole new chair. 5 star rating all day!

Very hard to put together holes do not line up, chairs stain very easy from your fingerprints and hands while your putting them together. Would not recommend.

It’s a wonderful chair but it took twice the time to put together because not all of the holes line up and I had to drill new holes to put it together !

We purchased three of these Adirondack chairs because we had purchased two quite a few years back and wanted more. The color is nearly indistinguishable from the older chairs which have lasted us many years.
