Great chair if u are handy with a drill . I have a great handy man or would not have ordered. Took him about a hour to put together and 1 chair had to drill new holes for screws. Happy with chairs .

Bought a pair of these 5ish years ago- they still look amazing. We moved and had room for 2 more. LOVE them. Cozy, durable, you wont regret your purchase!

Takes about an hour to put together. Bought two. With each, the bolts did not line up properly with the predrilled holes. Forced the pieces together and had to drill two of the holes. Once together the charis are rugged and look great.

We have a set of these in Colorado and in Arizona. They stand up to harsh weather. Very comfortable and even have a place to set your drink... Great chairs!

Some challenges in assembling. Chairs are not as deep as they appeared in the photo, so for a tall person with long legs, they feel a little short. But, they are solid chairs and look nice.

When putting together my 2 Adirondack chairs, I realized that I was missing 3 screws (not sure if I lost them or were missing from packaging). Called customer service and without hesitation was offered screws to be sent at no charge.

My husband and I love these chairs. They are very comfortable and heavy. We bought two and one was missing a small part. Customer Service was fantastic!

I broke this chair and broke it this winter, brittle from the cold, Kyle has helped me alot, It's nice to see a company willing to help a customer, will deal with again...

Thank you so much for remembering me and sending the necessary part. I have replaced the broken part and everything fits perfectly! We are ready for spring and using the chairs when the weather is much better.

Chairs are good quality, it has been only fe wweeks, Sam's had the lowest price and the best cusotmer service, one of my chairs was not delivered and they quickly sent a replacement. Overall very satisified with the purchase.
