[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given quality a 5 star, but the assembly was somewhat challenging. Once I figured out what adaptations I needed to make it went well.

Good looking chair for the best price. Read instructions carefully and a power drill really helps. The last four screws are the toughest. Took about an hour to assemble.

Bought 3 weeks ago, they are comfortable and good quality chairs, we were going to spend $300 for a similar chair, but these are great for half the price.

Bought six chairs two years and a couple months ago, great purchase, held up really well out in the weather. Only had a problem when a large limb fell from a tree and broke one of the arms. Glad that they had replacement pieces readily available

Love my new chairs. Took about an hour to assembly each chair. But very comfortable and sturdy. I actually like the grey color better that I ordered the second time more than the brown color I ordered first. I may be ordering 2 more!!! lol

Just spent my entire Saturday assembling these, and only to find out all five of my chairs already have stains and smudges! The smudges don’t just wipe off, can’t imagine what these will look like in a year or two!

My boney behind broke a seat slat. I asked if I could buy a replacement slat. "No but we will send you the entire seat assembly for free". You just can't get better than that!!

Bought a pair of these 5ish years ago- they still look amazing. We moved and had room for 2 more. LOVE them. Cozy, durable, you wont regret your purchase!

My husband and I love these chairs. They are very comfortable and heavy. We bought two and one was missing a small part. Customer Service was fantastic!

We ordered two of these and were really looking forward to using them near our fire pit, but when we unpacked them, each one had a broken/ chipped slat. Hence the return. Two for two is pretty bad odds.
