I bought Adirondack chairs and while assembly, a few screws damaged the armrests. I called to have replaced and they were very responsive. They shipped out replacement at no cost and in a timely manner. Thank you

Great chair if u are handy with a drill . I have a great handy man or would not have ordered. Took him about a hour to put together and 1 chair had to drill new holes for screws. Happy with chairs .

Nice chairs. A little on the light weight side of the spectrum when compared to others. One thing that I like versus some others is that these sit just a little higher than many other Adirondack chairs. For the price, these are a good deal.

I broke this chair and broke it this winter, brittle from the cold, Kyle has helped me alot, It's nice to see a company willing to help a customer, will deal with again...

It’s a wonderful chair but it took twice the time to put together because not all of the holes line up and I had to drill new holes to put it together !

was under the impressioin it was a lifetime warranty i have telling others that i was so happy nwith the warrenty apparently it is not i got charged for a leg, not happy will reconsider next purchase

I bought an Adirondack chair and had a problem with one of the rails snapping. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent a replacement chair.
