I have a Lifetime adirondack chair and this winter one of the back slats broke off when I moved it. Wow, a quick call to customer service and a replacement slat is on its way, no questions asked!

Solid chairs. Aren't quite as reclined as most adirondack chairs. The bolt holes do not line up and it takes real time and effort to put them together.

I broke this chair and broke it this winter, brittle from the cold, Kyle has helped me alot, It's nice to see a company willing to help a customer, will deal with again...

My husband and I love these chairs. They are very comfortable and heavy. We bought two and one was missing a small part. Customer Service was fantastic!

Takes about an hour to put together. Bought two. With each, the bolts did not line up properly with the predrilled holes. Forced the pieces together and had to drill two of the holes. Once together the charis are rugged and look great.

I bought two of these chairs a month ago and I am very pleased with their strength an durability. I especially like the curved seat which makes it very comfortable to relax in.

I purchased two (2) chairs several weeks ago. They are larger and more comfortable than some more expensive ones I've tried; easier to get in and out of and rock solid. I expect they will live up to their "Lifetime" moniker.

Have had our chairs just under the one year warranty period. Absolutely love them. Had one slat break at the screw. Customer service has been excellent & very responsive to taking care if this. Highly recommend these chairs & this company!

Bought six chairs two years and a couple months ago, great purchase, held up really well out in the weather. Only had a problem when a large limb fell from a tree and broke one of the arms. Glad that they had replacement pieces readily available
