I needed a part to repair a broken piece of an Adirondack chair. They were patient and great to work with. It is refreshing to receive that kind of service.

Chairs were as expected. Look nice after assembly which was a little more work than I anticipated. Once assembled the chairs are sturdy, comfortable and serve the purpose for which they were intended.

I bought two Adirondack chairs which I like very much. Unfortunately there was a piece missing. But customer service was super responsive and helpful and as soon as the part was in stock they mailed it to me.

I bought 8 of the Lifetime Adirondack chairs about 2yrs ago and I am very satisfied with their appearance and durability. I would not hesitate purchasing the same product in the future.

I bought 4 Adirondack chairs last fall (2019), a few days ago (March 2020) one of the seat slays snapped on a chair. Contacted customer support with supporting information and they are sending me a whole new chair. 5 star rating all day!

We have a set of these in Colorado and in Arizona. They stand up to harsh weather. Very comfortable and even have a place to set your drink... Great chairs!

When putting together my 2 Adirondack chairs, I realized that I was missing 3 screws (not sure if I lost them or were missing from packaging). Called customer service and without hesitation was offered screws to be sent at no charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given quality a 5 star, but the assembly was somewhat challenging. Once I figured out what adaptations I needed to make it went well.

These are GREAT chairs!! My husband complained about putting them together, but my 14 year old son did most of the job with no problem! They look amazing & seem very sturdy. Definitely glad I purchased them!

Bought 3 weeks ago, they are comfortable and good quality chairs, we were going to spend $300 for a similar chair, but these are great for half the price.
