was under the impressioin it was a lifetime warranty i have telling others that i was so happy nwith the warrenty apparently it is not i got charged for a leg, not happy will reconsider next purchase

Predrilled holes do not line up. You need 2 people to put together. Chairs are heavy and no worries on wind blowing over. The chairs are very comfortable.

I purchased two (2) chairs several weeks ago. They are larger and more comfortable than some more expensive ones I've tried; easier to get in and out of and rock solid. I expect they will live up to their "Lifetime" moniker.

Great chair if u are handy with a drill . I have a great handy man or would not have ordered. Took him about a hour to put together and 1 chair had to drill new holes for screws. Happy with chairs .

We only needed a replacement part for 1 of our chairs. We were thrilled that it was even possible. The customer service agent was so courteous and helpful. It is a pleasure doing business with a quality company who stands by their products.

Nice chairs. A little on the light weight side of the spectrum when compared to others. One thing that I like versus some others is that these sit just a little higher than many other Adirondack chairs. For the price, these are a good deal.

I ordered 4 chairs and one had a couple of cracked pieces. I called the support line and Jake shipped me a whole new chair in just a few days. The chairs look great. Thanks for the quick response to my problem.
