Ordered 4 of these chairs, every single one had scratches, one had a broken arm. They are not packed well and the pieces are bouncing and sliding around during shipping. They take about an hour and a half to put together but go much faster if you have a ratchet. That being said they are sturdy and comfortable.

I bought 2 Adirondack chairs, footrests and matching table. Packaging was excellent and all arrived in perfect condition. Assemble was easy and all drilled holes matched exactly with their accompanying mating points. Someone cared enough in the manufacturing process to ensure final accuracy. Products exceeded my expectations in all facets!

Just bought this on the weekend I like the design and the feeling of a solid product but time will tell However assembly was difficult and too long it was difficult lining up the holes and there were so many, the company claims that it stain resistant but see my photos By the time I was half way assembeled it had stains and they wont wipe off I dont know what this is going to look like in a month.

Really happy with these chairs and assume they will last forever and be much more maintenance free than wood or painted surfaces. Assembly was not bad but I am above average mechanically. The only improvement than should be made is the screws, they are soft. So is the metal hex head tools that come with it. The screw heads round out very easily and so does the wrench. I used a drill and my own bit but had to be very careful to keep it lined up straight and keep from having any screw on a bind. One wrong move and the screw strips out and becomes useless. Also, it would be helpful if there was more of a point on the screw to help find the hole. The pre-drilled holes here lined up well. Be sure to only screw in each screw part way until the whole chair is assembled, then go back and tighten them all. Just be very care with the screws at all time. Very high quality chairs with very low quality screws

I purchased four of you Adirondack chairs for our deck a few years back....Such a confortable Chair, our guests always comment on this...My Grandson was being rambunctious by jumping from chair to chair and broke one of the 20” seat boards...I called customer service was lucky enough to speak to Heidi who was so helpful is sending that one board to replace my,broken one...rather make be buy the whole seat kit....I was a fan of the product but now am devoted to your wonderful service...will spread the word...THANK YOU HEIDI... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice quality chair. I give it 5 stars for comfortability and quality. There is a nice coating over the pressed board which makes it easy to clean. The arms of this chair are nice and wide. The assembly was a little difficul, and that's why I have it 4 stars. Some of the holes were misaligned making it harder to turn he L or Alan wrench that came with the assembly pack. So you want to have some hand strength to assemble this. It's heavy duty and not meant to be moved around too much, but I'm lightweight and I'm still able to move it to a different area if I need to mow the lawn. So far, very happy with this product. Way Better than the cheap plastic ones that break every year. I plan to have this one for years to come. (This product was sent to me for an unbiased review) with that being said, I would still recommend this product to my friends or family.

We bought two of these chairs to go around our fire pit and we love them! Super comfortable and very durable. I love the color as well, they look great in the backyard. The only down side to having them around the fire pit was everyone fought over who got to sit on these chairs as opposed to leftover traditional camping chairs we have. They were easy to assemble, it took me about 15-20 minutes per chair is all. The instructions were well written and clear. I plan to purchase a couple more of them real soon!

Love it. Easy assembly. Going to last forever. This thing is quality heavy ! Weighs a lot. Not a cheaply built unit. FYI Might need another person to help move it. Perfect for me since I need it in a very windy area of yard. This thing will not be very easily tipped over. Ordering another one.

I bought this over a year ago. I leave it outside rain or shine. It has held up well. I really enjoy it and it looks great. Be careful putting it together as you can overtighten the bolts and put a bulge in the chair. I used a drill bit to put the bolts in most of the way and finished tightening it by hand
