I bought this over a year ago. I leave it outside rain or shine. It has held up well. I really enjoy it and it looks great. Be careful putting it together as you can overtighten the bolts and put a bulge in the chair. I used a drill bit to put the bolts in most of the way and finished tightening it by hand

I have purchased at least 10 chairs from this company. Overall, it's a good product but when one breaks (and two have so far) it's really difficult to get parts. One chair has been in our back office for over six months waiting for the correct parts to replace the broken ones, they finally just arrived. Parts were ordered over six weeks ago for the other one and still no parts have arrived. When they described "lifetime" I assumed they would last more than 2 or 3 years and the parts procurement is horrible.

I bought 2 of these chairs based on the reviews I saw here. It took about an hour to put both together. Unfortunately each chair came with an arm with defects. It looks like perhaps the pilot holes were drilled to much and the hole popped through the top side of the arm. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago (same day I purchased) requesting 2 replacement arms and I have not heard back. I am also not able to get through to anyone on the customer service number. I have also emailed BJs (where I purchased) in the hopes they may be able to help resolve. I’m not sure what my recourse is at this point.

We bought 7 chairs. The design of the chairs is nice - they are comfortable, but the quality is bad. In the meantime out of those 7 chairs, 5 are damaged/broken. The material is not suitable for that purpose. The panels are too thin - they break. The holes for the screws are to close to the end/edge of the panels so that they holes of the screws also break. This artificial wood compound material is not strong enough. It just breaks. Not sure whether this is due to the fact that the chairs are exposed to direct sunlight most of the time, but I would not buy those chairs again, because the won't last long.

I have always loved and have owned Adirondacks. The last four were made of wood. No need to tell you the problems with sanding, scraping and maintenance. These look beautiful, we have four. I wished there were tables, I think I will look to another maker for those. My wife loves these chairs too, it will be great to be able to rinse with the hose, dry with a towel and sit immediately, again something we could not do with the wood chairs.

We were so excited about the two gray Adirondack chairs we purchased for our new home until we took it out of the box and began the assembly. The holes did not line up well, at all. One chair took 3 hours to assemble. We have had them for a week and the arm rests have spots all over them. Wish I bought a different brand and spent a little more money!

Purchased 2 of the gray chairs. We had them in a week. Easy assembly with simple to follow instructions. One caution on the first assembly step do tighten the bottom screw on the two outer back slats before installing the back to the bottom. You cannot them after assembly.

These chairs are very comfortable, however I purchased because of the "durability" and "cleanability" versus the wood adirondack chairs I have always used. Within 2 years they have been destroyed by squirrels! We have a plethora of outdoor seating and these are the only item that the squirrels have destroyed. I'm unsure what is in the makeup of the chair that attracts them, but if you have squirrels in the neighborhood I would suggest a different product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly bought this for the grey color but have been so extremely happy with the durability and quality of the chair. It had not faded or worn at all in the sun. Can't go wrong with lifetime products

I bought this chair a week ago and assembled it today. The assembly was hard at the end because holes on the right arm pieces were drilled out of alignment so I could not attach the arm without drilling some new holes. When assembled, it's very comfortable.
